Fello Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Fello application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fello mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. Fello is operated by eBera Consulting AB, a company registered in Sweden. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and eBera Consulting AB.
2. Eligibility
To use Fello, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract • Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws • Be part of a family unit seeking to connect with other families By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Description of Service
Fello is a social networking platform designed to help families connect with other families for friendship, playdates, and community building. The App allows users to: • Create family profiles • Discover and match with other families • Communicate through in-app messaging • Share information about children (with appropriate privacy controls) We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the App, including but not limited to finding compatible families or forming lasting connections.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Impersonate any person or entity • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems • Use the App to solicit personal information from minors • Engage in any commercial activities without our consent • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the App Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.
6. Content Guidelines
All content you post must be: • Accurate and truthful • Appropriate for a family-oriented platform • Respectful of other users • Free from offensive, discriminatory, or harmful material We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.
7. Privacy and Children's Information
We take the privacy of children seriously. By using the App, you agree that: • You will only share information about children for whom you have legal guardianship • You will not share sensitive information about children with unknown parties • You understand that other users may see limited information about your children based on your privacy settings For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by eBera Consulting AB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the App.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS AND CANNOT GUARANTEE THE IDENTITY OR BEHAVIOR OF ANY USER. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EBERA CONSULTING AB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eBera Consulting AB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the App • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of another party
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use the App will immediately cease • We may delete your account and data • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
